Ronald Herse was for 9 years Managing Director and shareholder of a leading pioneer management software company working on the interface of management consultancy and software solutions for integrated management. Before he was Management Consultant at Malik Management Center St. Gallen, Switzerland, working in more than 80 international projects and as leader and driver of the competence center strategy for 6 years, including customer value- and scenario management. He pioneered wholistic, integrated management concepts and state-of-the-art software to implement excellent management in complex organizations. He also founded a digital marketing agency already at the very beginning of the digital era and is still lecturing at the University of Applied Science in Vorarlberg, Austria, on strategic management and transformation processes.

Ronald Herse holds a master degree in business management.
