Helmut Lodzik is co-founder of Rhine Bridge Solutions and serves as Managing Partner / Chief Executive Officer.

Until 2014 he held the position of Global Head of the Corporate Performance & Restructuring practice at one of the global top five management consulting firms. Prior to this he served as Senior Partner and Practice Head Corporate Performance & Restructuring at a distinguished hidden champion of Germany’s management consulting industry, which he helped to grow to a EUR 80 Million turnover business. In addition to his 23-years of experience in consultancy, Helmut Lodzik has worked for 16 years in leading positions in business and industry.

Helmut Lodzik holds a master degree in mechanical engineering as well as a master degree in business administration and engineering.
